Mother & Baby Well-being Circle

Kategorie:
Baby und Geburt
A safe space to sit quietly with other mothers and to reflect on where you are right now on your motherhood journey.
A Mother & Baby Well-being Circle is a relaxing, compassionate, and nurturing space where you bring your baby and focus on you. Together we develop connection, practice calm and replenish your strength. You can meet and talk with other mothers who understand the challenges you are facing because we all need a place to unpack what we’re going through without feeling judged.
Many mums feel overwhelmed and worried. It can also be frustrating that you get so little done in a day – what happened to the control you once had – and that your baby needs you so much. Being at home with your baby can be lonely – add into that trying to navigate family life in Switzerland. No wonder so many of us feel frustrated, exhausted and guilty that we’re not enjoying every minute.
When did someone last ask you how you are?
It is hard to build the village you so badly need as a mum at a time when you are already stretched to your limits. A Mothers Circle is a place to safely build that friendship and community.
